چکیده

Aggregates are a significant feature of asphalt mixtures, which significantly affect the volumetric properties and mechanical performance. Layers concrete consist mixture fine aggregates, coarse fillers mixed with penetration grade asphalt. The pavement layer (asphalt concrete) has several types: wear surface layer, intermediate foundation layer. experimental research method gradation testing using Sieve Shaker machine aggregate objects. used in form aggregates from Lumajang sand Kediri is taken randomly maximum size 2.36 mm, corals originating Kedak area, Semen Subdistrict, Regency 19mm. This study aimed to determine feasibility classification road layers. was conducted reference AASHTO T27. obtained results that tested Kedak, Kediri, Pasir regions deserved be included Asphalt A.C-B.C category accordance Bina Marga Division 6.

Patch Distress Detection in Asphalt Pavement Images

Pavement condition assessment is an indispensable constituent in maintaining roadway infrastructure. Current practices for pavement condition assessment are labor intensive which introduce subjectivity in pavement rating and are time consuming. Automated methods rely on full 3D reconstruction of the pavement surface which introduces high equipment and computation costs. This paper presents a me...

Pothole detection in asphalt pavement images

Pavement condition assessment is essential when developing road network maintenance programs. In practice, the data collection process is to a large extent automated. However, pavement distress detection (cracks, potholes, etc.) is mostly performed manually, which is labor-intensive and time-consuming. Existing methods either rely on complete 3D surface reconstruction, which comes along with hi...
